We want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Prints (Fulfilled by Prodigi)

All prints—rolled, framed, or canvas—are professionally fulfilled and shipped by our trusted print partner, Prodigi.

  • Damaged or Defective Prints

    If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

    Email us at zoeneweyart@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund through Prodigi.

  • Change of Mind

    As each print is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Please double-check product details and sizes before ordering.

Original Canvas Artworks (Shipped by Zoe)

Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind piece, carefully packaged and shipped directly by Zoe.

  • Damaged in Transit

    If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Email zoeneweyart@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damage.

    As originals cannot be replaced, we’ll offer a partial refund or a full refund upon return, depending on the extent of the damage.

  • Returns for Original Artwork

    If you’re not completely satisfied with your original artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

    Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and the piece must arrive in its original condition and packaging.
