  • Are all the paintings originals?

    Many of the pieces on the site are original acrylic paintings by Zoe. These are one-of-a-kind and only available once. We also offer high-quality prints of selected artworks.

  • Can I order a custom painting?

    Yes! Zoe welcomes commissions. If you have a special place or idea in mind, please get in touch via the Contact page or email zoeneweyart@gmail.com to discuss your vision.

  • What types of prints do you offer?

    We offer framed prints, unframed prints, and rolled canvas prints, all made to order using high-quality materials through our print partner, Prodigi.

  • Can I choose the size of the print?

    Yes! Most prints come in a range of sizes. Sizes and framing options can be selected on each product page.

  • Are the colours in the prints true to the originals?

    We work hard to ensure that prints are as close to the original artwork as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and print materials.

  • What if my order arrives damaged on arrival (DOA) or I change my mind?

    For prints that are DOA, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number—we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund via Prodigi.

    For originals that are DOA, contact us within 7 days and we’ll offer a refund (as originals cannot be replaced) upon return.

    Prints (change of mind): As they’re made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.

    Originals (change of mind): Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping and the piece must arrive in original condition.
